<p>Student did a great job of presenting their ideas. Their ideas align with GB goals and SIT goals. Here is a summary:</p>

<li>Have speakers come in to talk about jobs (Job Fair?) Starting earlier to prep for careers/college was also expressed as important.</li>
<li>Give opportunities to shadow people in the career setting</li>
<li>Present to the school in the beginning</li>
<li>Required volunteer work &#8211; volunteer hours required for graduation</li>
<li>Senior service project</li>
<li>ACE &#8211; give a need and have ACERS fill need, pitch and design it.</li>
